Two law firms will battle it out before the Florida Supreme Court this month in a lawsuit over attorney fees stemming from an insurance dispute.
North Miami insurance litigation firm Mintz Truppman sued Am Law 100 firm Cozen O'Connor, its attorney John David Dickenson and its client Lexington Insurance Co. in 2016, alleging they breached Florida's Mediation Confidentiality and Privilege Act.
