The Florida governor is set to select a candidate to fill the position created by the retirement of a Palm Beach Circuit Court judge.
But before Robert J. Harvey, chair of the Fifteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and a partner at Jenks & Harvey in West Palm Beach, selects up to six candidates on or before the May 14 deadline for Gov. Ron DeSantis' consideration, 15 applicants will interview with the JNC on Tuesday in 10-minute segments.
