Lawyers at Nicklaus & Associates on Monday removed a lawsuit against ArcBest Corp., a freight and logistics company, to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Kemp, Ruge & Green Law Group on behalf of Brenda Kleine. The case is 8:22-cv-01081, Kleine v. ABF Freight System, Inc.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
