Carlton Fields and Advocates for Survivors filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of victims of child pornography. The complaint targets a current inmate of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons on behalf of six adults who contend that pornographic images of them as children were found in the defendant’s possession. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-21466, Doe et al v. Jasperse.
