The clock is ticking for Gov. Ron DeSantis, who could choose one of the six candidates that the Fifteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission recommended to become the next judge on the Palm Beach Circuit Court bench.
Robert J. Harvey, partner with Jenks & Harvey Robert J. Harvey, a partner at Jenks & Harvey in West Palm Beach who is the chair of the commission, praised their half-dozen nominees for having diverse backgrounds that reflected the jurisdiction in which DeSantis' selection will preside.
