Harsh Arora is partner and chair of the diversity and inclusion committee at Kelley Kronenberg.

What do you think has been the most effective step you’ve taken to increase diversity and inclusion at your firm, and why?

As a continuing chair of the diversity committee of the firm, I am proud to share that 2021 marked the most active and successful year for the D&I initiatives introduced in the firm’s 40-year history. The firm continued to improve on its hiring and retention with 66% women and 39% minority employees in 2021. The firm has continued to maintain over 33% of its C-Suite leadership represented by women leaders and over 26% as ethnic minorities. The firm celebrated and educated the South Florida legal community on various diverse holidays and cultural events through events and virtual seminars during each month of the year by collaborating with the minority bar and community organizations.
