FTC Sues South Florida Substance Abuse Treatment Service

The Federal Trade Commission sued R360 LLC, a provider of substance abuse treatment services, and its sole officer Steven Doumar Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The suit accuses the defendants of creating deceptive advertisements with false or misleading statements in relation to the company's treatment services in violation of the Opioid Addiction Recovery Fraud Prevention Act. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:22-cv-60924, Federal Trade Commission v. R360 LLC et al.
