On the last day of April, Greenspoon Marder real estate partner Manuel "Manny" Crespo met with fellow Miamians to help them solve their problems. Rather than charging developers for his services, Crespo was at the Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in Coconut Grove helping people with their personal matters free of charge.
