Law practice is often a team endeavor. What has been your experience with teamwork in the law?
One of the most powerful approaches for creating efficiencies, tackling problems and staying competitive is through teamwork. The more quality perspectives that can be brought to bear on an issue, the better. This is where diversity figures in too. Working with legal teams of varying cultural, ethnic, racial and gender backgrounds fuels creativity and innovation. With all the great tech tools available today, there are no geographical limits either, and we regularly collaborate with attorneys from different offices and other firms.
