Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal hit a Miami attorney on Wednesday with a new order to show cause.
Third DCA Judges Kevin Emas, Thomas Logue and Fleur J. Lobree found that Bruce Jacobs, the managing partner of Jacobs Legal, violated multiple rules of the Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure and the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar.
