Counsel at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig on Tuesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Zurich Insurance Group, a Swiss life insurance company, to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, for wind storm damage claims, was filed by the Bush Law Group on behalf of Villa Medici Condominium Association. The case is 3:22-cv-00627, Villa Medici Condominium Association, Inc. v. Steadfast Insurance Company.
