As South Florida hosts an increase in cross-border real estate deals, a Reed Smith legal team has helped facilitate an eight-figure deal to finance the construction of a five-star hotel in the Dominican Republic.
The deal comes amid a flurry of deal activity tied to the Caribbean and Latin America, as new money and institutional investors continue to move to South Florida.
