Civil RightsDollar Tree was hit with a civil rights lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court. The case was filed by Black Rock Trial Lawyers on behalf of Kenneth McGuire. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00689, McGuire v. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.
