Allstate Insurance Company filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court. The court action, brought by Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell, seeks a declaration as to the rights and obligations of Allstate in an underlying lawsuit. The court action takes aim at Joshua A. McLoon, Kayla R. McLoon and Brett L. Wiley. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00695, Allstate Insurance Company v. Wiley et al.
