A $269 million construction loan has closed for a 330-unit, mixed-use development in Palm Beach County. It’s one of the largest construction loans to close in South Florida to date.

The project in Lake Park is a joint venture between Forest Development in Boca Raton and developer Royal Palm Cos. of Miami. The project, Nautilus 220, is located at 220 Lake Shore Dr. It consists of two 24-story towers along a marina with restaurants, retail and offices.
