A Fort Lauderdale attorney claimed to have found the smoking gun in litigation pending in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court involving an iconic five-star Coral Gables hotel and two of its guests.

These guests are Matthew McDarby and Kathleen Hanrahan, who alleged that the staff at the Biltmore Hotel failed to properly clean their room. They claim they woke up Christmas morning to find their 1-year-old toddler with a herpes-infected condom in her mouth.
