Miami's Bay Harbor Islands are seeing a new wave of projects as developers are taking advantage of the migration of buyers from high-tax states.
The neighborhood is considered a hidden gem, according to developer Valerio Morabito, who recently launched construction for Onda Residences, a 41-unit luxury boutique condominium along the bay front.
