Lawyers at Baker McKenzie on Wednesday removed an alleged employment discrimination lawsuit against CBS Broadcasting Inc. to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Remer & Georges-Pierre on behalf of a Black operator technician, who contends that he was subjected to race discrimination and overlooked for a promotion to become a full-time audio specialist. According to the suit, despite desiring to be employed full time, plaintiff has worked part time for the past 19 years without any employment benefits. The case is 1:22-cv-22161, Moore v. CBS Broadcasting, Inc.
