Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit against LightGrid LLC Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court for claims under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. The complaint, filed on behalf of John Gavigan, accuses the defendant of failing to provide paid sick leave while the plaintiff self-isolated after testing positive for COVID-19. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:22-cv-01588, Gavigan v. LightGrid, LLC.
