Morgan & Morgan filed an employment discrimination lawsuit Thursday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Jason Murphy. The suit targets Anthem Tax Services over alleged discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-01234, Murphy v.
