Taylor English Duma filed a lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court targeting SOL Global Investments Corp. and other defendants for alleged breach of an equity share sale agreement. The suit was brought on behalf of Kadirali Chunara. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-22167, Chunara v. SOL Global Investments Corp. et al.
