Two months after announcing its Miami office with the hiring of six local partners, Winston & Strawn is leveraging long-standing relationships in the city's tight-knit legal market to staff up with the alumni of a few large firms. After a fresh litigation partner hire Monday that brings the firm to 16 lawyers in Miami, 14 are alumni of Greenberg Traurig, Shutts & Bowen and Jones Day.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
