Attorneys at Dean Ringers Morgan & Lawton on Thursday removed a civil rights lawsuit against the City of West Melbourne and two police officers to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint, which brings excessive force claims stemming from an arrest, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Jeffrey Strom. The case is 6:22-cv-01284, Strom v. City of West Melbourne et al.
