Sidley Austin, an international law firm headquartered in Chicago, is the first law firm to sign a lease at 830 Brickell, the new Class A+ office tower nearing completion in Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

The firm’s 60,000-square-foot lease is one of the latest examples of new-to-market companies searching for the best in class when they come to Miami. Many of the new companies want to make a big splash when they join the market, according to Andrew Trench, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield.
