A jury awarded more than half a million dollars to a woman who claimed that she injured her spine and a shoulder in an automobile accident in West Palm Beach.
On Jan. 3, 2019, plaintiff Colleen Sullivan, 51, a hairdresser, was driving on the eastbound side of Southern Boulevard, near its intersection at a southbound feeder road leading to Interstate 95, in the city of West Palm Beach. While Sullivan was proceeding through the intersection, her car was involved in a head-on collision with a rental car that was being driven by Brandon Griffing, who was executing a left turn onto the feeder road, from the westbound side of Southern Boulevard. Sullivan claimed that she suffered injuries of her back, a breast, her neck and a shoulder.
