A man shot during an impromptu party at a shopping plaza recovered $1 million in an unlitigated settlement with the plaza's owner.
On Oct. 31, 2021, claimant Levontay Thomas, 22, a warehouse worker, attended a party that was being conducted at a shopping plaza located at 2040 Palm Bay Road NE, in the city of Palm Bay.
