Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll and other counsel filed an employment discrimination lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court against the City of Delray Beach and other defendants. The case was brought on behalf of a wastewater pretreatment expert who claims she was harassed and terminated in retaliation for raising concerns about the contamination of the city’s drinking water, resulting in the city being fined over $1 million dollars amid negative public reports. The case is 9:22-cv-81088, Ferrigan v. City of Delray Beach, Florida et al.
