How should attorneys navigate emerging crypto and blockchain issues in bankruptcy and insolvency today as the confluence between tech and bankruptcy increases?

Do your research and stay informed of developing cases, enforcement actions and regulation. There have been several significant crypto-related bankruptcy proceedings commenced recently, including for Three Arrows Capital, Voyager and Celsius. There have also been some notable enforcement actions in the crypto space, namely for insider trading and investor frauds.
