Richard C. McCrea Jr. and Cayla M. Page of Greenberg Traurig have stepped in to represent the University of South Florida Board of Trustees and individual university officials in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The action was filed June 15 in Florida Middle District Court by a former PhD student in the USF Finance Department who alleges that he was subjected to race-based discrimination, harassment and retaliation. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, is 8:22-cv-01327, Shed v. University of South Florida Board of Trustees, et al.
