Uber was sued Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The lawsuit was filed by the Law Offices of Nolan Klein on behalf of Ansel Davis, a blind individual who contends that Uber drivers refused to transport him because he was accompanied by a guide dog. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 0:22-cv-61452, Davis v. Uber Technologies, Inc.
