Berkadia has arranged a $43.5 million loan to refinance a mixed-use property in Miami’s Design District.
At 4141 N.E. Second Ave., the 112,896-square-foot property has both office and retail tenants that include B&B Italia, Design Within Reach, iHeart Media and MC Kitchen. According to Berkadia’s managing director Scott Wadler, the property is a stabilized asset in one of the country’s most desirable luxury retail districts.
