The Third District Court of Appeal for the state of Florida gave an attorney another chance to recover costs—but not fees—after a previous complaint against him was dismissed.

The Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County previously dismissed a complaint that Innovative Service Technology Management Services filed against Coral Gables attorney John Annesser, a partner and shareholder of the law firm Annesser Armenteros, according to the Third District’s Aug. 17 opinion.
