Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed a lower court's decision granting a motion to suppress evidence in a traffic stop incident and said the officer was justified to have the defendant exit the motor vehicle.
The appeals court granted the state's appeal for defendant Robert Bodrato's motion to dismiss in the trial court regarding his conviction for driving under the influence.
