A jury found in favor of a logistics company and its driver after a warehouse worker suffered fractures while attempting to unload the company’s tractor-trailer.

On March 18, 2020, plaintiff Stephen Marshall, 74, a warehouse worker, attempted to unload a tractor-trailer on a loading dock outside a big-box store on Commerce Palms Drive, in Tampa. Larondrick Robertson was operating the tractor-trailer, which was owned by Burris Logistics Inc.
