Making the Office 'Fun' Will Be Key to Attracting and Keeping Talent in South Florida
"You have to offer some sort of optionality," said Andrew Trench of Cushman & Wakefield. "What we're seeing is an upgrade for everyone in order to create a comfortable, fun, exciting environment in the office, that ultimately compels employees to come in and motivates them to be in the office instead of having to be in the office."
