A breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit between two South Beach hotel partners that fell flat in Miami-Dade Circuit Court early this year is back after a counterclaim was filed.

Two former friends and business partners, Branden Muhl, who owns company BBM3, and James Vosotas, who owns Greystone Hospitality and VOS Hospitality, have been involved in ongoing litigation surrounding Hotel Greystone, a historic property on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach that Muhl and Vosotas opened and then closed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The adults-only hotel reopened in September 2021.
