Lawyers at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Chubb subsidiary Federal Insurance to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, for a disputed property damage claim arising from a sinkhole, was filed by Kanner & Pintaluga on behalf of Manal Fakhoury and Riadh Fakhoury. The case is 5:22-cv-00447, Fakhoury et al v. Federal Insurance Company.
