A Miami-based real estate investment firm has bought a $22.22 million apartment complex in one of Broward County's fastest-growing communities.
Circle Capital Partners purchased Heron Landing, a 144-unit, 159,722-square-foot apartment, which sits on a 9.2-acre property in Sunrise. It was built in 1989.
