A woman who suffered significant ankle injuries in a parking lot fall at Walmart was awarded $1 million by an Orange County jury.

On Aug. 5, 2015, plaintiff Dorothy Wynn, 74, self-employed, was a customer at a Walmart store on West Colonial Drive, in Ocoee. She exited the store and, as she started to walk back to her vehicle, tripped on a crack in the parking lot. She fell to the ground. Wynn claimed injuries to an ankle.
