Law firm clients are paying more attention to gender diversity than they used to, and they're not necessarily going to like what they find.
That's according to panelists at the 2022 International Bar Association Conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center who said clients are increasingly demanding to see numbers that reveal not only how many women a law firm hires but also how many are being promoted and receiving a fair distribution of work.
