More bad news for Bruce Jacobs.
The Florida Supreme Court referee, Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Betsy Alvarez-Zane, ruled in a case of first impression that the state's anti-SLAPP statute advanced by Jacobs' counsel does not apply in the underlying disciplinary proceedings.
