AT&T was hit with a verified derivative complaint Monday in Delaware Court of Chancery accusing the company of acquiring millions of dollars via cellular partnership schemes. The case, part of a string of similar cases filed by Reid Collins & Tsai and Michael Pullara Law Firm, accuses the defendant of depriving the plaintiff, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, of its share of revenue via self-dealing and artificially lowering the affiliate's value. The complaint was brought derivatively on behalf of Florida RSA No. 2B LP. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2022-1078, The Seminole Tribe of Florida v. AT&T, Inc.
