Civil RightsAttorneys at Baker & Hostetler on Friday removed a disability-based employment discrimination lawsuit against FedEx to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by Remer, Georges-Pierre & Hoogerwoerd on behalf of Mario Duarte. The case is 6:22-cv-02358, Duarte v. Fedex Freight Inc.
