Lawyers at Akerman on Tuesday removed an age-based employment discrimination lawsuit against Arena Horse Shows of Ocala d/b/a World Equestrian Center to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by James P. Tarquin PA on behalf of Arthur Dyer. The case is 5:22-cv-00685, Dyer v. Arena Horse Shows of Ocala LLC et al.
