Enriquez served as a Judge on the Miami-Dade County Court since his appointment by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in 2021. Previously, he served as the general counsel and chief ethics officer for the Department of Children and Families.

"I am honored that Gov. DeSantis appointed me to the circuit court. After having served as an advocate at the highest levels of state government, I committed myself to fairness, preservation of the separation of powers, and respect for the rule of law when I took the bench as a county court judge," Enriquez said.

The Miami native was one of six judicial nominees the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit for the Miami-Dade Circuit Court sent to the governor.
