Marcia Cooke, a senior federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, died on Friday after she struggled for months with inoperable cancer. She was 68.
U.S. District Chief Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga said that her former colleague was a trailblazer, who was highly regarded in the legal community.
