The Daily Business Review recently published an article focused on a $12 million jury verdict which was overturned by the Third District Court of Appeal.
Our firms had the honor of representing the family of 22-year-old Ernesto Artiles, an HVAC technician who fell to his death through an acrylic skylight atop a warehouse where he was working. Artiles’ death should have been prevented.
