Personal InjuryCarnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court for personal injury claims related to a cruise. The lawsuit was brought by Lipcon Margulies & Winkleman on behalf of Bobby R. Bennett. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-20395, Bennett v. Carnival Corporation.
