The industrial sector in Broward County is thriving with no signs of slowing down. As more top-notch facilities are being introduced to the market, a slight increase in vacancy rates is anticipated as the market continues to balance. 

According to JLL’s latest industrial insight report for Broward County, flight-to-quality is in demand with 381,000 square feet of new Class A product delivered in Q4 2022 and more than 1.5 million square feet delivered in total for 2022.
