A popular Miami neighborhood is set to get its first high-end office buildings in decades as demand for workplace wellness and luxury is on the rise.

Miami’s exclusive Bay Harbor Islands neighborhood will soon launch leasing for THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, a mixed-use development with 98,420 square feet of Class AA office space, 54 luxury residences, 11,000 square feet of wellness space operated by New York-based wellness company, THE WELL, and 6,500 square feet for a food and beverage outlet. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 of this year.
